This was probably taken an Olan Mills in the old Kmart in Kearns, UT. We has Carter's photo taken there pretty much every month for a long time. I'm guessing he's probably around two in this photo, putting it in roughly August of 2007, although either we were very hot or it was actually taken a bit later in the year.
